• TOP Inc’s Depalletizer can be installed upstream of any kind of loader solution from one to two tray stack loading conveyors and from one to two full pallet positions.
• The Depalletizer is equipped with an advanced vision system able to recognize and compensate pallet misalignment up to 100 mm. Four tray stacks at a time are picked up and then loaded onto a conveyor.
• Besides pure depalletizing task of egg trays, the system can also pile up appropriate liners called Divider and plastic empty pallets on respective empty seats.
• Both the Robots coordinate to drop the Dividers & empty pallets on respective seats or belts.
• In the design & construction of End of Arm Tooling, the engineers at TOP Inc made sure the resulting tolerances can be compensated in the used egg trays, liners, and pallets to a corresponding percentage. Without this the depalletizing system malfunctions.
